What do I need to fill out to file for an Elected Position? How do I start the Process?

Candidates must meet the filing requirements by the filing deadline. Candidate nomination documents will be issued in the Elections Office by appointment or walk-in. For your convenience, the Candidate Information Form and Ballot Designation Worksheet are provided below.
